As a concrete industrial flooring specialist, we will be the first to acknowledge there is nothing finer than a well designed and constructed concrete floor slab with a power float finish.
But sometimes even the best needs to be given a lift and made to feel special every now and then. Which is exactly what CG Flooring Systems have done to the floor in the public areas of a new warehouse facility for our client, a leading supplier of outdoor and activity-based lifestyle clothing.
Looking for an enhanced appearance for the concrete floor in the reception, linking corridors and staff canteen areas, a polished concrete finish was chosen. After listening to what the Client was looking for, on site samples were carried out before selecting our CoGri Commercial Finish.
The finish provides variable exposure of aggregate with a mid-gloss sheen that also offers protection to the floor from spillage of liquids. It’s an ideal choice where a functional and hardwearing floor, that is also aesthetically pleasing, is desired. Completed over two visits on site to accommodate the build programme, the 820m2 of polished floor is now ready for the furniture to be delivered.
CG Flooring Systems’ comprehensive understanding of concrete floors ensured we were able to deliver a durable, easy to clean, and easy to maintain solution for our Client, supporting their operational needs for the years ahead.
