Pump Screed

FASTFLOOR-IT Pump Screed is a fast and cost effective solution to refurbish old concrete floors with a smooth and hard wearing surface.

Laying a pumped screed is very efficient and less labour intensive than a traditional screed which means that areas in excess of 1,000m2 are easily finished in one day, enabling large areas to be completed within a short time frame.

FASTFLOOR-IT

FASTFLOOR-IT is a wearing surface in its own right, suitable for use in warehouse and other heavy duty industrial environments. We have the ability to apply FASTFLOOR-IT and achieve compliance with specified floor flatness and levelness requirements for free movement (FM) floors.

Our pumped screed is also suitable to be used as a levelling screed on which to apply resin floor systems or other floor coverings.

Why Use FASTFLOOR-IT?

FASTFLOOR-IT Application

  • Between 5mm – 15mm as a wearing surface in one pass
  • AR Special Class for Abrasion Resistance
  • Industrial areas with heavy duty traffic
  • Open to traffic in 24hrs
  • Level out uneven substrates
  • Can be used in commercial areas
  • Greater thickness possible when used with FASTFLOOR Base
