The Situation:
Each client requiring a floor compliant with AutoStore™ specifications to ensure the smooth operation of the robots running on their modular-based, automated storage and retrieval system.
The combined area for these three projects equalled 1,400m2.
The Process:
Each client’s floor was surveyed by Face Consultants Limited, global flooring consultants & automation specialists.
Next, CG Flooring assessed the results of the survey and carried out corrective grinding on the three floors to comply with the Autostore flooring specification.

At the same time, we were able to minimise disruption to our client’s operations, therefore, ensuring the floor was ready for the system integrator at the earliest opportunity.
