CG Flooring Systems Ltd were successfully awarded the refurbishment package to upgrade the warehouse floor for a local dry ingredients supplier to the food industry.
Working around the clients operation, the worn and damaged floor coating was removed by vacuum enhanced diamond grinding as part of the surface preparation works. With the floor slab exposed, a variety of surface, crack and joint repairs were carried out as the final part of the surface preparation stage.
Solvent Free Epoxy Floor Coating
With preparation work complete the floor slab was treated to, two coats of CoGri High Build solvent free epoxy floor coating system, providing a clean and attractive gloss finish to the work area. As well as looking good, the floor upgrade will help reduce future floor maintenance costs and this has got to be a winning formula.
